Don't think so, because arko has the same problems!?
We've never encountered such issue, I would recommend you to clean flash with FW005,
and then go into recovery menu, and perform the double wipe (both cache & data).
I believe something must be wrong with your software.
If you have time, please update the MCU firmware in Settings as well, make sure you don't cut off the power during the process or the machine will be bricked.
It's totally possible because:
1.) It works fine with our Samsung 4K TV;
2.) Users having problems would talk here, not those without.
Anyway, please send us the video files first,
it could be just a decoding problem.
Samsung is Samsung
BUT, our HU6000 series works fine, so we don't think it's a firmware problem.
It works fine on our SONY and LG 4K TVs as well.
Hi Ken.. i received this update via OTA.. i was on official firmware previously.. any idea if i will be able to update 005 offical once its out?
No if you are using this beta.
OTA to FW005 is only available to users with FW004 20151230.
Then why i received this update when im on official firmwarw 004?
Here is a BETA 005 firmware thread. 20160116.
I think you're having official 005 firmware:
Go there. I guess you're in the wrong place...
thank you for your reply.
By "clean flash with FW005" you mean to install this new update with OTA or something different?
Please let me know direct steps so I will follow them.
Thanx again in advance for your help.
I think he talk about the way via USBBurningTool...
From Beta you only can Install the final v.5/ via USB tool uploader

Use the full system image given in the first post of the thread Ken linked to.

USB.zip update method is also OK, I've tested to update from this beta.
No problem. Double-wipe to get the best result.
Thank you very much. It looks like full image install helped.
I hope I will still be able to use OTA for next firmware upgrades...
Ken, could you confirm that, please?
Thx in advance for all your help guys.
You can if you use official firmware,
the one here is beta.
