32-bit Linux working without respin?

So, as I have read, to get a 64-bit Linux OS working, one needs to "respin" it to add a 32-bit UEFI bootloader. Will a 32-bit Linux then work correctly without any modification? And if so, I also take it I'm looking for a specific kernel (4.14) so that WiFi and HDMI audio are working correctly?

I spoke with Linuxium via email, and he said that the Neo Z83-4 is 64-bit UEFI BIOS, therefore you don't need to respin a 32-bit bootloader into a 64-bit distro, or try to run a 32-bit version of Linux. One only needs to respin an ISO to add the latest kernel so that WiFi and audio are working correctly.
