Audio out of sync

    Hello, I have a problem.
On my new Minix Neo U9-h some video files have audio out of sync with video.
It's not happening on all files, but on most.
I noticed it most on one video file which have ac3 5.1 audio. I know it's not file issue because I play same file without any issue on my Raspberry Pi2 with OSMC installed on it.
I checked settings, played with audio settings within Android and within Kodi but nothing helped.
BTW, Kodi version is 17.6 from Google play.
I even tried factory reset so I restored Minix 17.3 Kodi version but same problem with audio. Even tried to install custom Android TV based on latest Minix firmware, but same again.
Tried to install SPMC with same result. Audio is out of sync.
Don't know if it's related with Kodi or with Minix firmware.
    Any help would be apretiated.

Dear Villa, thx on quick reply, but that doesn't help me much.
Like I said, delay is different on different video files so I can't adjust delay on this file and use option to set it default for all files.
This way I would have to manually adjust audio delay for every file over and over again.
And it's clearly not video file issue because it's perfectly synced on Raspberry's OSMC. It must be related with Minix Android or Kodi settings, or some bug in firmware.
I can't understand how cheap 35$ Pi2 performs better then premium priced high-end android TV box.
    How is that possible?!

Ok, I figuered what's the problem.
It's some issue with hardware acceleration, if I turn-off hardware acceleration for MediaCodec (Surface) and MediaCodec, all videos are nicely synced.
In SPMC there's more acceleration options compared to regular Kodi 17.6 from Playstore, there I can turn on hardware acceleration for amcodec alone, which seems to not affect audio syncing.
Guess it's some Minix bug, but I can't understand how it's not fixed in 8th version of firmware?!

Basically, I can't make it work for all video files in offitial Kodi app from Google playstore because there's no amcodec hardware acceleration option.
So Kodi can't play more demanding video files without stuttering if hardware acceleration is off. Aka all 1080p files, not to mention 4K.
So I bypassed it by installing two apps on U9-h, regular Kodi 17.6 from Google playstore with turned off hardware acceleration for playing less demanding video files without audio syncing problem and SPMC app with turned hardware acceleration for amcodec alone for more demanding video files. But that's clearly not solution for me, I want one Kodi app which integrates hardware acceleration without any bugs.

Is it some problem with Kodi from Playstore not optimized for Neo U9-h, or is it general bug? Because I made factory reset and Minix app seems to have same audio out of sync issue.
Anybody know if this can be fixed? Or have same issues as I?
Any help would be highly appretiated.
    Best regards.
