Yes, you can. You have to select the boot device from UEFI.

Hello, I just wantet to ask the same. I tried to select the boot device in UEFI, but I don't see someting like "USB" to choose from (as it is on my computer). What's the right selection here?

Edit: I have 3 options there to choose from:
    - "Windows Boot Manager"
    - "UEFI: Built-in EFI Shell"
    - "Acronis loader"

The last one is from my installation of the Acronis Backup Software, I guess, so maybe you would have 2 options only...

It will be the name of the USB device. USB drive has to be setup for UEFI system (32-bit).

Has anyone luck with boot from UBS flash drive?

I tried with "Acronis True Image 2015" bootable media on USB Flash drive and it doesn't work. I set the USB flash drive as Priority No. 1 in the boot order and disabled all other devices. It boots just into Windows as usual, not from USB.

Also when I disable all devices in the boot order priority it boots Windows, just as when it was set as boot priority No. 1

I have no problem booting from USB, manual selection or automatic. You need to make sure that the USB is GPT partitioned, FAT32 and has 32-bit boot efi.

    Acronis TIH doesn't support 32-bit UEFI systems - https://kb.acronis.com/content/43091

I have just checked Macrium Reflect and it works. Download and install Macrium Reflect Free (should be installed on the Z64 or another PC running 32-bit Windows. Will not work on 64-bit) - http://www.macrium.com/reflectfree.aspx
Create the rescue media as ISO.
Download Rufus (https://rufus.akeo.ie/) and create a bootable USB (GPT paritioned, FAT32).
You can enter UEFI during boot and select the USB or change the boot priority to boot automatically when USB is present.

You must use a usb stick that is recognized at boot.
I have a small 4 GB one that is not recognized by neither my minix neither by my msi x399 carbon.
But I have one with is like an sd card reader that is displayed in the bios entry as bootable device,
but still, it seems not possible to install win 7, which I really need because a tool for a solar charger only supports win 7 for the usb to rs485 driver,
even by pressing F11 and select the usb, it start showing the win 10 install flag but then goes in win10 and does not install win7.
