I am new here and this is my first contribution to this forum :)
I have successfully managed to dual boot Windows 10 and CM-x86 13.0(based on Android 6 - Marshmallow). I did this after forum user WeK05 recommended to try 6.0 x86 android. No USB needed :)

    Things you need to download:
    1. MiniTool Partition Wizard
    2. cm-x86_64- 13.0-rc1 from android-x86 org
    3. usb drive 8gb minimum
    4. grub2win from (Google it)
    5. any program to write iso on USB(I used PowerIso)

    Things you need to do:
    1. Install MiniTool Partition Wizard and resize/create a new partition (~8GB) and format it to ext2/ext3
    2. Create bootable USB(I just extracted iso to fat32 formated 8gb USB)
    3. Connect USB to Z64W and boot from USB(press Del button on device boot and change boot options)
    4. Install Androidx86 onto the ext2/ext3 parition
    4. format to ext4 if asked
    5. Don't install Grub2
    6. Reboot to Windows
    7. Install grub2win and open it
    8. Go to "Manage Boot Menu" > "Add A New Entry" >Title:
    >OS Type:"android">Search By Boot Directory:
    >Linux Boot Parms:
    >"OK">"Apply"
    9. Restart and quickly press Del button to open Bios Settings
    10. In "Boot" under "Boot Option #1" choose "Grub2Win EFI"
    11. Done

I first made tutorial with pictures, but I am not allowed to post links :(

It was tongue in cheek really! But now you ask, how about:
BBC iPlayer, ITV Hub, All 4, My5
    Zattoo

I am not from UK so I can't test that properly. I installed HOLA VPN and downloaded APKs.
    1. BBC iPlayer - Opens, PLAY - "This content is not currently available"
    2. ITV Hub - Opens, fake postal code, Play and error "We're sorry, something went wrong - please try again"
    3. All 4 - found some apk which works on rooted phones. UNABLE TO PLAY - Missing a key firmware - Problem with Marshmallow!!!(They are resolving it bla bla bla)
    4. My 5 - Needed to download some app from Play(Crosswalk Project Runtime) - Opens, crashing when I press PLAY
    5. Zattoo TV - Works

Maybe it works if you are from UK. I don't know. Someone can try it. You can boot CM from USB also. Just download .iso and copy files to FAT32 formated USB

I can tell you two apps that don't work: Netflix, Google Play Movies (doesn't work on the Minix firmware also). For those it matters: sound is limited to stereo PCM and passthrough is limited to Dolby Digital/DTS. You can't set the resolution or refresh rate also. If these are not issues for you, it works great :)

Can it be installed on the SD card with this method? (Making an additional partition to the SD), I have tried it and it does not work in SD, I no longer have disk space C

    Hello.
I use this guide to dual boot with Android Nougat, only change 2 things:

    >OS Type:"android">Search By Boot Directory:

    /android-7.1-rc1

    >Linux Boot Parms:

    androidboot.selinux=permissive
