Ethernet connection

    Hi guys
    I have mu minix neo u1 for several month now and now i have a problem with the ethernet conection.It just stoped working. I t only connect to wifi. I tested the cable and the port in the router and they are fine.
    Does anyone have a solution?

    It's either software or hardware ...
    Software :
    1) Unselect Wifi and check again.
    if not,
    2) Save your datas and do a full wipe in recovery. It will restore all factory settings

    Hardware : Not good, think about a RMA

    I encounter this exact issue occasionally in both of my boxes: U1 and a S905x box.

    I used to try different remedies like replacing the cables, resetting the router, etc. with no avail. However, I did notice that it would revert back to Ethernet all by itself after a few hours (after reboot).

    So, when this happens now, I would just use wifi for the next few hours.

    I had the same problem, and I powered down my box. Then I unplugged the ethernet cable from the box and plugged it back in again. Then I powered on the box, and it worked fine.

    It's better to choose an ethernet cable with 'lock'. ;)
