I experienced some problem with the driver installation.

Now I'd like to try again 'cause I need a working ethernet port.
Given that I'm working on a Macbook Pro 13'' 2017 (2 ThunderBolt3 ports) with High Sierra 10.13.3, Do I have to follow specific guidelines or Was I just unlucky?

Hi, just bought NEO-C and tried it on my MacBook, it connects iPhone to iTunes but I cannot get Ethernet working.
I followed included manual pdf file
Step 7:
Hardware - USB does not show USB 3,0 SuperSpeed Bus
Software - Extensions does show AX88179_178A Version 1.9.0
Step 8:
When trying to add a network, I don't see the AX88179.

What can I do other than returning it to the seller?

Hi! I have the following problem:
I bought NEO-C but the ethernet doesn't work on my MacBook 2017 with touch bar.
I try to follow the guide but when I check the extension page the driver is not loaded and when I'm trying to add a network, I don't see the AX88179.

Hy Guys, i got the same problem here. MacBokkPro 15 inch 2017 4usbc ports
installed the drivers,
restarted the Mac,
Driver are shown now in Hard- & Software but, when i want to go to Setup-Network and add a new Ethernet Port there is no Ethernet Cabel shown ...

any HELP?
