    Hi All,

I treid to follow the guide above, but there doesn;t seem to be an availiable Win10 USB driver, the latest is the Win8. What do I do now? I tried Win7, but then Windows claims already have the latest drivers out there, and the driver is not installed. Minix is still detected by Win10 as unknown USB device.

    Please help!
PS I would assume there are more Win10 users than just me out there...

Windows 7 should work just fine. Sounds like you have a driver issue. You could try to uninstall the driver and reinstall.
For Windows 10 try the Hint for Win 10 users here...

    hi,
Since yesterday my Minix Neo X7 is Dead.
It started with Android laid on its back - Recovery Dead Android screen - with few options.
    No option worked.
    Tried Restore Normal several times.
    Nothing.

Decided to Flash it and install latest 250.
I had 240 (April 2016) That worked perfect till some late updates I guess.

All the previews Firmware upgrades worked perfectly.
The only new variable is the fact I Have windows 10 now.

    - I plugged my Minix Neo X7 with the special cable (like always before)
    - I ran the Flash .exe and pressed the power with tiny needle for restart
What happened next is that after 3 seconds or so - The found and connected Minix gets diconnected from the Flash program. Green Becomes Gray again

If I do load the .img and fast enough to hit Restore,
It gets uploading until disconnecting is between 27%-40%, (Green became yellow flashing, like before)
This is why the so many retries
I tried uploading fast enough before it gets disconnected !
    Didn't work.

Here is the log file after few tries:
