    I bet that your USB drive is NTFS formatted... It MUST be FAT32!

    If you have TotalCommander, create a file named "update.md5" with this exact content (beside the downloaded zip):
    E85897FBF86060CBD5EE9E402235C6C8 *update.zip

    Than just press enter on it to check if the update.zip is valid by md5.

    1 check that the aml file is on the root of the usb and the extension is .aml

    If using USB3.0 stick, it will be Recovery mode.
    Try USB2.0 stick.

    Do you have both the update.zip and factory_update_param.aml files?

    Worst case, you can still use a USB mouse to choose and click from the recovery menu.
    Update from EXT -> udisk -> update.zip

    Same problem. Tried two different usb sticks, both usb ports, both files are on root of fat32 disk and md5 checksum correct.
