Load Windows 7?

I have software that keeps causing my Z83-4 (running Windows 10) to crash. Yes. I have caused Windows 10 to actually "Blue Screen".

I have tried to boot off of an external drive to be able to load Windows 7, but I don't see an option to boot from a different device. Has anyone else tried this? I need to be able to downgrade to Windows 7. I realize that there will probably be device driver issues too.

    Any suggestions?

    Thank you in advance!

I have not been able to get Windows 7 install disks or install usb sticks to boot. Best Buy Geek Squad says it is because Secure Boot. Windows 7 is not Secure Boot compatible, and the Minix Z83-4 with 1.66 Firmware is not capable of disabling the UEFI Secure Boot option.

I was advised to return it and buy a different brand that has UEFI that can disable Secure Boot. Shame since I need @ 100 this year.

Is not totally correct, Windows7 x64 or 64bit if you like it, has UEFI support.
But then the problem can be a UEFI only 32bit or a newer uefi that check also the vga driver load, thing that windows7 x64 dont do...or to better say win7 doesnt have a signed uefi vga load at boot.

    In 2 words: Try IT!

Its 50/50 that win7 x64 will work or not, plus there is a way to disable the loading graphics at boot so to bypass the vga signed uefi check.
