How do I change the weather in Metro Launcher. The temperature is always wrong by a long shot?
I have the same issues.

Anybody know how to change it to your own city?
I believe it picks it up from your IP address!
There's a C/F green button on home screen. Stands for Celcius/Farenheit. Click it for the degrees to change (for your region) It took me a bit to figure out, was checking settings, etc but then realized this was a clickable button. Up near Wifi, Ethernet, VPN.
This is an old post but I am still wondering how the weather is picked up by the Metro Launcher. If any one knows please enlighten.
We have been over this before and it maybe is supposed to come from your IP address but but it does not come even remotely close or even possible within 6000km from me. ( Snow and freezing weather reported during a heat wave for example.)
UPDATE: The ridiculous weather information is now gone from all three of my boxes. THANK YOU!
How did Minix remove the absurd information? Did they block the feed?
Nope still have it displayed here.
Funny thing though, I took my uh9 too another city and to my surprise it showed the correct weather for that city.
Back home still out of wack.
Not sure what is going on.
Let's all just go outside and see and feel the weather wherever we are!
Sounds like a plan !
No ridiculous silly inaccurate weather on all three Minix boxes and no recent firmware updates so where did it go or what stopped it?
I am almost missing it as I was expecting it to show snow again during our next summer heat wave.
DISSAPOINTED! Ridiculous silly inaccurate weather is back on all three of my Minix boxes
I can only assume that the temporary removal of this garbage had nothing to with Minix and the source www.ridiculousweather.com was down. Please block or otherwise remove this garbage.

The best way to have the most accurate weather is to open the windows
That same thing happened to me some time ago. And when the weather info went away I thought I had messed something up. After a few days without it I decided to connect the Minix box to a different service provider and as I did the info came instantly back. Going back to the previous ISP it would vanish again, and that was how I found out it was something to do with the ISP server and nothing for me to worry about.
And then, if it rains, you blame it on Bill Gates!
Edit: (Was it really only me who actually clicked www.ridiculousweather.com above?...)
Here's a couple more for you...
The thing is with updates it never just rains it pours!
come on guys ...you need to take this a lot more seriously
