    Does anyone know if Minix provides support at all or how they handle replacements? I just received a U9-H with Neo A3 remote and the remote is DOA. The standard remote works but the A3 is totally dead. Known good batteries, used in the standard remote, won't work. No lights or functionality at all.

    Will they RMA items or do I have to return the whole thing to Amazon and buy a new one? I've emailed Minix through their website but haven't received a response yet.

    You can return it to your minix seller. A3 is under garanty during 1 year.

    A silly question, but are the batteries in the correct way round?
    The batteries working in the standard IR remote does not necessarily mean they will work in the A3. The A3 draws more power and the batteries have to be brand new or fully charged if using rechargeables!

    The warranty is with the seller (Amazon). If the A3 was bundled with the U9-H then Amazon will want you to return the whole lot which is rather annoying.

    This matter has been resolved, a replacement NEO A3 has been sent to Greg (y)
