Thanks Ken, but you started this thread without at least the offline firmware download link?
Also, could you please let us know what would be the correct level of auto-refresh rate switch that we should select on this FW? Level 1 or Level 2?

We always do this the same way? OTA first, and then system image + .zip package?

Default auto-refresh rate level is 1 for FW006 (sync without switching),
please switch it back to level 2 if you love the switching.
Some users are confused with this feature and thought the device is defective and returning it... (black screen during switching...)

Woohoo! Thanks Ken... have been eager for this update. Hopefully it removes my ghosting issues. (y)

Does Level 2 affect the Deep Color/HDR anymore?

Great job (y) The Deep Color/HDR/HDMI clock issues are all fixed!

    Cool new options:)

I did notice a playback issue with 2160p24 HDR videos (Life of Pi/Exodus clips). The playback is jerky for about 30sec. after the refresh rate switch.

    BTW, it is Quantum Data.

Sorry if this has been asked before...

I went to update and it says my system is up to date, but build is still FW005. Am I checking in the right place? Settings app, then About, then System Update? I'm connected via wifi.

    Thanks in advance!

Yes, HDR works fine in my system (Denon AVR, Samsung SUHD TV).

    Thanks again for the update...

I can confirm that's it's solved most of my picture issues. The image itself is much sharper and more detailed in textures, the ghosting/smearing has been greatly reduced, and playback is silky smooth. Haven't noticed a single frame drop/dupe yet, even on 4K content (albeit not on a true 4K TV).

Best of all though, I'm now finally happy with my U9-H and can now integrate it into my setup as my primary media device!

I checked both videos you mentioned with system movie player / Kodi V17.3 + refresh rate switching level 2, they both played the videos fine?
I looped them for 10 times in each player and tried RW and FF during playback.

    Hi Ken,
If you use refresh rate switching level 1 and Kodi with automatic switching then they stutter 20 sec and play fine after.
