Please can anyone inform me how to buy a new power supply for my Neo U1 ?
Why what has happened to it?
Whatever you do, do NOT connect a PSU with a voltage higher than 5Vdc!
5Vdc, 3000mA, 5.5 x 2.5mm tip.
Take a look at Amazon.
I think @Higgs bought a replacement PSU once, so maybe he can steer you in the right direction!
Indeed I did. I bought a UK adaptor as either my x8-h plus or z64 shipped with a European adaptor. I just did a search for Minix power adapter in Amazon UK.

Good morning guys,
Can someone tell me if the x8-h and U1 power supplies are interchangeable? if not can you post the specs for the x8-h plus? (are they the same as posted above? )
I need it for USA standard..... btw
Thanks in advance !
Yes, they are identical!
Hello, I will borrow this topic: can I use Neo X7's power adapter on U1? Europe standard...
As I checked online, they are the same voltage...
Where's can I buy a uk power adaptor for neo u1. Mine is toast.
What happened to it?
futeko or Amazon
futeko says it is original MINIX product. Whether it is I don't know?
has anyone bought one of power adaptors from futeko or Amazon. My minix neo u1 had a red light, it was working fine, I went to bed, next day I tried to turned it on and there was no light. I tried a few other power adaptors that I have which are less than 5v and all I got was a red light. So will consider to buy a new power adaptor but dont want to spend the money if I still have just a red light. Maybe the whole unit is dead. Thanks.
I ran into an issue with my Power Supply being 240V (UK) instead if 120V. It's the old one with the O and the wavy line etched into the back. I needed a work around just to get it running until I get a replacement. So I went to Fry's and purchased the Conair Travel Smart NWG-3C power adapter. I plugged the 240V into the adapter and then crossed my fingers. Pushed the power button and the blue light appeared. It took a couple of tries to boot my SD Card. Then finally the LibeELEC Screen appeared. Initial test so far is really good for U1. It's silent and very powerful.
