I have an NGC-1 that I'm very happy with but its now out of warranty by just one month and it seems the internal SSD might now be faulty. The device boots to just an entirely black screen (nothing at all & no text). I can enter the BIOS but in the boot menu I only see two devices. The UEFI device and the PO device. No Windows device as I think there should be. What are my options? Replace the SSD and reinstall Windows? Would an external HDD work as the windows installation drive? Any advice would be gratefully received. Andrew.
