    Ken,
is the Z83-4 affected by the same problem that hit the Z64W?

    Thanks

    Hallo,
i got the Z83-4 yesterday and started the Anniversary update yesterday through the upgrade assistant.
This morning i realized I still have version 10586.
I'm not abe to use the assistant anymore though since now i have onlt 3.86Gb free and the update fails since i do not habe 8gb free.
    Any suggestion?

    Thanks

    Matteo

What is taking up all the space?
Do a disk cleanup or as you only got the device do a full reset (using option to erase all user files).

    Yes, i did a disk clean-up
    I have 3.83GB in C:\$getcurrent folder & 5.35Gb in c:\windows\WinSxS
These are the "top offender" folders
User folders are not that big actually.

Did you select the Clean up System Files option when doing the disk cleanup?
A full PC reset might be the best option then start the upgrade again.

Yes, i did Clean up System Files too.
Would you head me to the right direction for a factory reset?
    Is it the Pin method?
I'm more familiar with Android Boxes :)

    Thanks

Settings - Update & Security - Recovery - Reset this PC

    Ok, everything went fine.
For future reference, wifi doesn't work after factory reset.
The driver is needed and is found here in the forum.
