Really? I only have problems with it (10041)... first audio exists, now it's away... first keyboard works, then it was away, meanwhile it is back... my wireless keyboard/fly-mouse is recognised by errorsoft, but doesn't work... I tried to install the minix driverpack and got an error at the beginning... I disabled sleep (never) but the box switches of the HDMI and pauses the tasks (I try to generate a win10-to-go with rufus which is maybe possible at w10 but not at 8.1)... only fun since yesterday :)

At the moment this f*** OS was at sleep and the keyboard doesn't work (of course the mouse) so I can't do the ctrl+alt+del to get back to the system and see what's going on with rufus... :(

    start again...

EDIT: after restart the keyboard also doesn't work... I think I stop my engagement at errorsoft 10

Is there any timeline or information on a Windows 8.1 driver for the onboard RS232 Serial Port (JCOM1) that is on the board? Noticed that the "COM1" that shows up in Windows is actually physically on the JDebug connector. Looking to control an external device and it would be beneficial to have access to this RS232 port versus a USB to Serial converter.

Just go to Control Panel, System and Security, System and select the Change product key on the bottom right. Windows 8.1 with Bing is a full version and installing a different product key will open the features of that version. You'll be doing the same thing when you go from 8.1 Pro to 8.1 Pro with Media Center.

    Hi,
After successfully installing Windows 8.1 embedded industry on the Z64, I find the only problem left is with the shift keys of the keyboard. Both shift keys seem to be locked down. All other keys including caps lock work normally though. I tried different keymaps, all have the same problem, the keyboard is NOT locked down in any way possible in Windows 8.1 embedded, looks like the hardware fails. Tried different keyboard...etc. Should I use a different keyboarddriver than what is supplied with Windows 8.1 embedded ?
    ...
Fixed this by changing the 'hand-off' setting in the bios, just that. Anyone knows what is happening there ?
