Is it under Settings, Network?
ISSUE: UPDATING TO LOLLIPOP RC2 BURNCARD MAKER V202
ISSUE E:/mount /dev/block/mmblk0pl on /sdcard failed ( No such file or directory), now try read-only to
E:read-only mount /dev/block/mmcblk0p1 on /sdcard failed (No such file or directory) !!!
E:failed to mount /sdcard (No such file or directory)
and it repeats about 4 more times
The usb is formatted as per BurnCardMakerV2.0.2 and all options ticked and I've tried it also without the "To Partition
and Format" ticked and the same result.
The USB is 3.72 GB and BurnCardMaker completes the burning fine.
Can anyone help?
An update on current status and an indication when to expect the final version of this firmware would be appreciated by lots of your customers Minix?
It seems like someone is just doing the firmware in their spare time as a hobby.
Surely the final version of the firmware is ready by now ?
I have two Minix boxes & am thinking of getting a new box for the main lounge before Christmas.
I'm sure I'm not the only one in this position so come on Minix show a bit of loyalty to your customers & get a move on
Okay, I am done with Minix, not even taking the decency to provide customers with some information on this. I switch to Raspberry Pi, maybe less powerful hardware specs, but at least the hardware can still be utilized to the maximum.
Cool, can I have your Minix box then, I’ll pay the postage and it saves you throwing it in the bin
Where do you read something about throwing in in the bin? I will sell it, just like I did with my X7 mini and X8-H.
Worth a try
Seriously though, you can understand the frustrations of many minix customers as official support has completely gone AWOL for quite some time now......
Or, if KODI is enough, just put Libreelec on it.
Works much better than Kodi for Android.
Hi All. Have encountered some unexpected behaviour with the firmware (from my perspective) and wondered if anyone could shed any light - might just be me! The system has begun to cache app data to the root of my SD card, something it has never done before. Seems to be caching in both SD card and on board memory from what I can tell. Anyone have an explanation as to why? Still plenty of on board memory left so just a bit confused
hi, my question is after upgrade to lollipop. i notice the "rss video player", vchannels and the chinese itvnews are not able to play anymore.
can anyone help.
For a few months Ken doesn't works anymore for Minix
Can you provide something official to back this statement ?
It is not official but I knew as unofficially he doesn't works for a few months anymore for Minix
strange that he was still active this month....
or someone else has just taken his account.
Thats right someone from Minix take his account and continue in his place
Someone should send them a link to the forum then
Time will tell .... let's all stay on topic of this thread title ! Me included
