What are you trying to do in the video?
You need to push it fully home!
It has a spring loaded mechanism. You need to use your thumb nail!
Be careful that it does fly across the room while pushing it in or removing it!

    Hi Villa,

In the video I put the sd card into the slot, and I push the card ( video until second 4) . I push the card until I hear a "click" sound and I can't push it more. But something is wrong, the card is not fixed correctly ( It can be moved as you see in the video) and windows doesn't recognize it ( I tried two sd cards)

Why do I need to use my nail? Is my sd card in the correct position ?

PD: When I was writing this post y check my neo x5 mini, and I realized that in that model, SD card is upside down (metal contact up). Now I understand why Villa say I must use my thumb nail.

All is working! Thank you Villa :D

I hadn't tried a card in my Z83-4 until just now to understand what you say.
Yes, it is upside down like the X5/X7 which is kind of odd, but now we know! (y)

The TF slot is upside down by design.
(Actually the whole motherboard is upside down for better cooling)

Please insert with the gold fingers (gold-plated contact pins) facing UPWARDS.

    Sorry about the confusion.

We tested up to 128GB only, didn't try higher than that.
