Z83-4 Wi-Fi broken

    Hi I have this device from December 2017. My wifi brought it by Amazon.
    Yesterday I did not find the WiFi connection anymore. No Wi-Fi connection is available in the network folder. Only blutooth and lan connection are visible.
    From the connection panel the Broadcom WiFi SDIO is ‘not available’ status.
    I have tried to re install Wi-Fi drivers as reported in the dedicated topic as first attempt.
    Reading the forum, I have re installed the win10 using the USB pen drive. Then I have installed the official driver download from the forum. Same problem as reported above.
    I suppose that the WiFi card could be broken.
    As the PC is under warranty, How I can get the replacement?
